Self-Service: Property Details

To help you learn about your parcel, the county also provides the Washoe County Regional Mapping System (WRMS.) This powerful, easy-to-use online tool will help you  investigate the zoning, size, and municipal water and sewer services of your parcel.

Keep in mind that the key issues impacting your eligibility for an ADU are zoningparcel size, and whether your property is connected to municipal water/sewer, or is on a well and/or septic.
