Washoe County Behavioral Health Facility Renovation
This project includes the renovation and modernization of approximately 48,000 square feet of an existing County behavioral health facility. Improvements will enhance clinical spaces, update building systems, and improve accessibility and safety for staff and patients.

Canepa Ranch Trailhead
Phase 1 implementation of the 2022 Carcione-Canepa Recreation Access Plan includes trialhead construction and amenities on the Canepa Ranch open space property. The project scope includes access road paving, parking areas, fencing and access gates , ADA fishing access platform, and new trail construction.

Melio Gaspari Water Park Safety Improvements
Design and construct updated safety and maintenance features including mechanical system structure, redesign and installation of mechanical system components, fencing, pest control, and landscaping.
