The Plans Gallery will offer ADU plans, and design features that have been preapproved by the building department. With pre-approved plans, the structure is already permitted and all you have to do is get a permit for where to place it on your property.
Using one of these pre-approved plans reduces the permit submission, review, and approval time by offering designs that have already initially been reviewed by our agencies.
